The number of car dealers has increased in Russia, as stated in the latest report on passenger car dealership and service centers based on the results of the first quarter of 2024, which was provided by the marketing agency NAPI.
In the first quarter of 2022, there were 3,122 dealers in Russia, and a couple of years later, the number of authorized sales points increased to 3,144. This is associated with the massive emergence of showrooms selling Chinese cars.
The leaders in growth in the number of sales points were Omoda (164 points of sale), Jaecoo (153 points), Jetour (150 points), Kaiyi (106 points). In the first quarter of 2022, these brands were not represented in Russia.
In addition, over the past two years the number of authorized service centers has increased by 347 units. Today there are 3850 of them registered.
