Kotaku has released a review of the Shadow of the Erdtree add-on for Elden Ring, authored by the resource's editor-in-chief Alyssa Mercante. This is a fairly well-known person who challenged everyone dissatisfied with the activities of companies promoting an agenda like Sweet Baby to a fair fight and, as some sources report, is part of an organized group of journalists involved in persecuting “intolerant” games.

< p>Mercante decided to devote part of her review to her experiences in real life and how she constantly has to endure angry comments from middle-aged men.

“In the real world, I mostly avoid the wrath of misogynists and just write articles that shake them up a little and then fade into obscurity as soon as the Reddit page refreshes […] Outside of Between-Earth and the Shadowlands, I spent almost four months in as the target of almost endless persecution. Sometimes it feels like just by going online to work, I end up fighting another boss over and over again.”.

“Before I even make that analogy, I subconsciously and persistently attack Shadow of the Erdtree, as if defeating the next boss will somehow project into my day and give me confidence. Just as I receive almost endless hateful comments from anonymous people or angry middle-aged men, I go into Shadow of the Erdtree all alone.”.
