According to him, the technical design stage is now underway, design documentation is being developed, and individual development elements for «Amur» are being manufactured. for testing.

Earlier, Roscosmos General Director Yuri Borisov mentioned that the promising Russian rocket «Amur-LNG» can be used up to 100 times (according to technical specifications — up to 50 times). It is assumed that the first launch of «Amur-LNG» will take place in 2030. The launch pad for the new rocket will be built at the Vostochny cosmodrome in the Amur region; it will be able to launch more than 10 tons of payload into low Earth orbit.
