These are server CPUs
HardwareLuxx author Andreas Schilling published a photo of a 300mm wafer with the first Intel processors produced using the Intel 3 process.
These are Granite Rapids server CPUs, which will be released this year and will replace Sapphire Rapids. They will be the first produced according to Intel 3 standards, but, interestingly, perhaps the only ones. The fact is that desktop and mobile Arrow Lake and Lunar Lake will use thinner Intel 20A and 18A technical processes, and there is no data on other CPUs that would be planned to be produced according to Intel 3 standards.
Intel has previously shown ready-made Granite Rapids, which look like striped CPUs due to the shape of the chiplets. Granite Rapids will consist of five chiplets: three processor and two responsible for I/O and controllers.
