As reported by Auto News of the Day, budget Toyota Vios sedans have risen in price in Russia. If in February the most affordable car was estimated at 1.799 million rubles, then the price of the cheapest copy is now — 2.09 million rubles.
For this amount you can buy a 2023 Vios in Lipetsk. Slightly more expensive cars in Novosibirsk (2.12 million rubles) and Vologda (2.15 million rubles).
All Vios have simple equipment — plastic steering wheel, seats with fabric upholstery, analog instrument panel, air conditioning, electrically adjustable and heated side mirrors. But at the same time there is a media system with a touch screen. Most Vios on sale are equipped with a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated engine producing 109 hp. and a regular 4-speed automatic transmission, but there are also options with a 112-horsepower engine of the same volume, paired with a CVT.
