But does it mean that the company is going to rediscover the Russian market?
At one time, SUVs from the Korean SsangYong were quite popular in Russia, and in the future, perhaps, Russians will again be able to touch the models of this car brand: KG Mobility — owner of the assets of the former SsangYong Motor — registered new trademarks in Russia.
What’s interesting is that in the current line of KG Mobility machines there is not a single designation that is currently registered in Russia. Among the trade names — Trevizo, Purion, Charis, Digniti, Westtor and Fidelity, all classified by car class. Let us remind you that the current KG Mobility line includes Torres, Tivoli, XLV, Korando, Rexton and Musso. So, either KG Mobility is planning to enter the Russian market in the distant future, or the company is simply patenting the names of future models in all markets, which is a common practice.
