Company «Promtekh» presented the import-substituted Lada Largus van (Izhevsk assembly) with a superstructure similar to the Lada Granta Kub. Largus Kub is capable of transporting 850 kg of cargo, while the total weight of the van is 2.2 tons.
The key difference between Largus Kub and Granta Kub — During the production of Largus, the base of the body is not cut and the wheelbase is not increased. The Largus Kub only has a rear overhang increased by 70 cm. And an air suspension is installed, due to which it provides such an impressive load capacity (like a frame pickup).
The car is equipped with a standard 1.6-liter 8-valve VAZ engine, so you shouldn’t count on high dynamics, especially if the car is loaded. Sales of Largus Kub will start at the end of summer – early autumn, price — 2.649 million rubles. A frame pickup will be cheaper in Russia.
