Nvidia today quietly released the GeForce RTX 3050 6GB video card with greatly reduced parameters and reduced power consumption. As we expected, this allowed manufacturers to create a passive version. More precisely, this was announced by the Palit company.
The GeForce RTX 3050 6GB KalmX model became the first card in the KalmX series since the GTX 1650. Let us remind you that the TDP of the new Nvidia — 70 W, so a small radiator should be sufficient for cooling.
The card occupies two expansion slots, and the length is only 163 mm, so the new product is also very compact.
The set of ports is worth highlighting separately. In addition to HDMI and DisplayPort, there is even DVI, which is already very rare on modern video cards.
