No support for AVX-512
The Intel Arrow Lake-S processor has once again appeared on the Internet. The model name is missing, but it is known that there are 24 threads. At the same time, the number of cores is unknown, since, recall, small Intel cores do not support Hyper-Threading.
The leak also points to a frequency of 3 GHz, which is likely the base frequency for this CPU. In addition, the processor does not support AVX-512 instructions.
Arrow Lake desktop processors are expected later this year. They will be produced using Intel's 20A process technology and will bring new large and small core architectures, as well as iGPUs. But an increase in the number of cores is not yet expected, except that perhaps Arrow Lake-S, like Meteor Lake, will have additional small cores in the SoC tile, but this has not yet been confirmed.
Let us remind you that, according to recent data, in addition to Arrow Lake-S, this year we will also have desktop Bartlett Lake, which will be a continuation of Raptor Lake, but will be available only in the lower price segment. < /p>
