The neural network will help you change the background or edit the photo in the desired style
In «Masterpiece» Yandex has a new creative mode: users will now be able to change images by text request using the YandexART neural network. You can process photos in any way: change the color or background, redraw them in a certain style, and much more. If you like the result, «filtrum» you can save and share it.
First you need to select manual mode in the «Filters» section, then upload an image or photograph and describe in a text request how the picture should change. For example: «Impressionist style, warm soft light, broad strokes, no red». Using additional settings, the user can control how much the result will differ from the original image.
YandexART completely redraws the uploaded image in the style specified by the user. The neural network can now «understand» not only text queries, but also pictures: it converts them into vector representations and then combines them. The result is a new image that retains the original features. Earlier in «Masterpiece» Eight creative modes were available for changing photos, and now new «filters» have appeared: images can be stylized as anime, Russian lubok, pin-up, plasticine painting or postcard.
