Launch is scheduled for December 1, 2023
At the technical complex of the Baikonur Cosmodrome, pre-launch preparation of the Progress MS-25 cargo ship for flight to the International Space Station is being completed. The press service of Roscosmos reported this.
Roscosmos specialists have already inspected the ship and completed a set of technological operations to roll up the head fairing. Then the truck as part of the space warhead was prepared for transportation to the MIC of site 31 for general assembly with the launch vehicle.
The launch of the Soyuz-2.1a launch vehicle with the Progress MS-25 spacecraft to the ISS is scheduled for December 1, 2023. The ship must deliver about 2500 kg of cargo on board the ISS, including 515 kg of fuel in refueling tanks, 420 kg of drinking water and 40 kg of compressed nitrogen, as well as 1553 kg of resource equipment and stowage for scientific experiments, food, medical and sanitary-hygienic means in the cargo compartment to ensure the work and life of the crew.
