The first reader in the Onyx Boox line with a 7-inch color screen has been introduced to the Russian market. The Onyx Boox Raphael model is equipped with a 7-inch E Ink Kaleido 3 color touchscreen display with Moon Light 2 backlight. This backlight does not flicker and allows you to adjust the color temperature, thanks to which the reader can be used even in low light. The Onyx Boox Raphael screen displays up to 4096 colors, and it is also protected from scratches and damage — durable glass Onyx Glass.
The reader is based on a 4-core processor and is equipped with 2 GB of RAM, 32 GB of internal memory and a microSD card are provided for data storage. The device also received support for wireless standards Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) and Bluetooth 5.0. The built-in speaker allows you to listen to music and audiobooks, and the microphone — create voice notes. There is a USB Type-C connector for charging and connecting peripherals. The model runs Android 11 OS, the Russian online application store RuStore is already pre-installed.
Onyx Boox Raphael is enclosed in a thin case: its thickness is only 6 mm. The 2300 mAh lithium polymer battery provides several weeks of operation on a single charge. The reader comes complete with a «smart» cover that protects the screen during transportation. The black model is already available for pre-order at a price of 27,990 rubles.
