Pre-orders for Xiaomi SU7 were opened on March 28. Official data confirmed that 10,000 pre-orders were placed in 4 minutes, and 20,000 in 7 minutes. On May 1, Xiaomi reported that Xiaomi SU7 shipments in April amounted to 7,058 units, and the total number of paid orders was 88,063 units.
Xiaomi has confirmed that if the battery capacity of the Xiaomi SU7 car drops below the limit, it can be replaced for free. Over 2 years or 50,000 km, the battery capacity should not drop by more than 15%. Over 5 years or 100,000 km, it should lose no more than 25% of its original capacity, and over 8 years or 160,000 km — no more than 30%. If these values are exceeded, users will be able to contact a Xiaomi car service center to replace the battery at the company's expense.
