The VTB team announced a complete update of its own service «VTB ID», which bank clients can use to log into more than 130 partner sites.
As the press service said, now you can log in faster and more conveniently — by scanning your face or fingerprint. This authorization method has become available to VTB clients for the first time and can double the number of client logins to resources.
In order to use the «VTB ID» service, just enter your phone number and SMS code when entering your personal account on one of 130 resources. When logging in again, the user will be able to log in using their fingerprint and face. You can activate the option the first time you use «VTB ID» on any partner site.
«VTB ID» became available in 2023 in VTB services, as well as on state and regional portals, including the official website of the Moscow government mos.ru and the credit history checking service «Credcheck». It has already been used 30 million times in a year.
