Tesla's superiority is obvious

When Tesla released the Cybertruck, the company showed that it could out-drag the Porsche 911 by towing another Porsche 911 behind it.

Carwow's Matt Watson decided to pit the Cybertruck against the reigning acceleration champion of electric pickups: the GMC Hummer EV. Tesla boasts 845 hp. and a torque of 930 Nm in the Cyberbeast three-motor configuration, and the GMC Hummer EV – 1000 hp. and 1485 Nm.

Tesla says the tri-motor version of the truck will accelerate to 60 mph in 2.6 seconds, while the GMC Hummer EV does it in 3.0 seconds.

In the quarter mile, the Cybertruck left the Hummer several lengths behind. Similar results were obtained in the second and third races.

Even though the Cybertruck has less weight and torque, the vehicle is much faster due to its weight. The Cybertruck weighs 3,104 kg, while the Hummer weighs 4,111 kg.
