Xiaomi 15 will remain a compact flagship
Despite the fact that the Xiaomi 14 and Xiaomi 14 Pro smartphones entered the market just over a month ago, insider Digital Chat Station has already revealed details about their successors.
According to the informant, Xiaomi 15 Pro will receive a screen with truly thin frames: the minimum thickness will decrease from 0.9 mm for Xiaomi 14 Pro to 0.6 mm. The resolution of the OLED panel will be 2K, it will be curved on all four sides. The screen brightness will increase. In Xiaomi 14 Pro, the peak brightness of the display was 3000 cd/sq.m, but Redmi K70 Pro has already been released with a peak brightness of 4000 cd/sq.m, as well as OnePlus 12 with a peak brightness of 4500 cd/sq.m. Considering that we are talking about a completely new generation flagship, powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, Xiaomi 15 Pro can surpass the parameters of the current top-end models from Redmi and OnePlus.
As for Xiaomi 15, it will retain a flat screen with a diagonal of 6.36 inches, the resolution will be 1.5K. Energy consumption will be reduced by 15–20%, and brightness will again increase.
