The differences between the basic and top versions are only in appearance and dimensions
The Chinese Ministry of Industry has certified the newest SUV Tank 700 Hi4-T – this means that Great Wall Motor can now launch sales. The documents show two versions of the car: regular and top-end Limited edition with factory tuning, rear spoiler, bronze accents on the body and special wheels.
The Tank brand has so far announced only the cost of the Limited edition – 97 thousand dollars, and she impressed many, if not all, people in China. Because the price was predicted at $70 thousand. Probably, a basic Tank 700 Hi4-T will cost about this much without any tuning and tinsel.
Judging by the certification documents, in technical terms there are no differences between these options. Both are equipped with a 3.0-liter V6 engine with a volume of 2993 cm3 and a power of 360 hp. But since the SUV is a hybrid, the power of the electric motor must also be taken into account. As a result, the power of the entire system already reaches 523 hp
The wheelbase of different versions of the SUV is the same – 3000 mm, but due to different bumpers, body trim and spoiler, the Limited edition is longer, wider and taller: 5110 x 2122 x 1986 mm versus 5090 x 2061 x 1952 mm for the standard version.
