Negotiations with a number of countries are already underway
Rocket and Space Center «Progress» is negotiating with foreign customers, said the general director of the enterprise, Dmitry Baranov. People abroad understand the advantages of Russian rocket technology, he added.
Many foreign specialists understand the advantages of our rocket technology; we are negotiating with a number of countries to build cosmodromes on their territory.

General Director of RCC «Progress» also mentioned that cooperation with France within the framework of the Russian-European project «Union» was discontinued in 2022. As part of the project, Russian rockets were launched from the Kourou spaceport in the French overseas department of Guiana in South America. Baranov emphasized that the initiators of the break were foreign partners, despite the benefits of using Russian missiles compared to European ones.
