The ultra-high-performance Apple M3 Ultra SoC may appear as early as the middle of this year, but not in the Mac Pro

Analysts mention only Mac Studio

The Apple M3 Ultra single-chip system should become available to the Cupertino giant around the middle of this year. 

According to TrendForce analysts, several companies are preparing to place orders at TSMC facilities. The products will be manufactured using the updated N3E technical process. In addition to Apple with its M3 Ultra, the same technical process will be used to produce Apple A18 Pro, Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, Dimensity 9400, as well as GPUs and CPUs from AMD and Nvidia.  

Interestingly, the source says that the M3 Ultra will appear in the updated Mac Studio desktop PC, but analysts do not mention the Mac Pro. Perhaps an updated version of this PC will not be released this year.
