Fans of the football game from Electronic Arts will have to say goodbye to their favorite and relatively new game.
Electronic Arts has been producing FIFA games for 30 years. But that is now history as the partnership between the publisher and the football federation has ended. Therefore, a new part of the game was released last year under the name EA Sports FC 24
The life cycle of such games lasts a year, but many players return to them after a longer period of time. EA has to shut down servers for older products. A similar fate will soon befall FIFA 22, which went on sale in 2021.
On November 4, 2024, the servers of EA Sports' penultimate FIFA will be shut down, and players will no longer be able to play matches online.
