Sales in China have already begun
Acer has introduced the Predator Tomahawk gaming laptop, which is already officially on sale in China.
The laptop is equipped with an Intel Core i9-14900HX processor with 24 cores and 32 threads and a frequency of up to 5.84 GHz, Nvidia Geforce RTX 4090 Laptop GPU. The 16-inch model costs $2,800, and the 18-inch — $3600
The laptop is equipped with 32 GB of DDR5 RAM, a 2 TB PCIe 4.0 SSD and two M.2 slots. Users can install drives themselves. It uses 5 heat pipes and a fan to dissipate heat, liquid gold thermal conductive material, and is equipped with a vapor chamber.
Tomahawk 18 uses an 18-inch MiniLED screen with a 16:10 aspect ratio, 1000 backlight sections, 2560 x 1600 pixel resolution, 250Hz refresh rate, 3ms response time, 100% DCI color gamut coverage P3 and brightness 1000 cd/m2.
