The Japan Airlines Safety Promotion Center already stores the remains of the Boeing 747SR that crashed on August 12, 1985
The management of Japan Airlines is considering the possibility of preserving the remains of the Airbus A350, which burned down as a result of a collision with a DHC-8 aircraft of the Japanese Coast Guard on January 2 of this year.
«The goal is to keep the memory of a major disaster alive and to raise awareness among company employees about safety in the skies& raquo;, — said an airline representative.
At the moment, the remains of the airliner have been removed and stored in one of the hangars at Haneda Airport (Tokyo). It is likely that later what remains of the Airbus A350 will be moved to the «Safety Promotion Center» Japan Airlines, which already stores the remains of the Boeing 747SR aircraft that crashed on August 12, 1985.
