The closure of studios by Microsoft has caused a stir in the industry. The founder of the Tango Gameworks studio also decided to speak out on this matter.

Liquidated by Microsoft, Tango Gameworks was a fairly young studio and seemed to have a bright future ahead of it, especially after the release of Hi-Fi Rush.

Tango Gameworks has been around for 14 years since it was founded on March 1, 2010 by industry veteran Shinji Mikami, the father of the Resident Evil series. Last year, he left the studio, which he had been planning to do for a long time.

However, the fate of the studio did not remain indifferent to him: after the publication of the news that Tango Gameworks was closing existence, Shinji Mikami succinctly commented on the situation on Twitter:
