Paradox Interactive will be the publisher of a new 4X strategy this year. Millennia recently received a release date and opened pre-orders.
If nothing changes, Millennia will be released on March 26, 2024. Paradox Interactive has traditionally announced several additions.
You can buy the standard version of the game for 2199 rubles, or you can buy the Premium Edition for 3319 rubles – included in the Expansion Pass with the additions Ancient Worlds and Atomic Ambitions, releases of which are expected in 3 and 4 quarters of 2024 respectively. The game's soundtrack (55 tracks in mp3) is offered as a pre-order bonus.
Millennia is billed as a historical turn-based 4X game that will test strategic thinking. Players will be offered 10,000 years to lead the people from the dawn of humanity into the distant future; guide the story in the right direction and experience new options for the development of events in each playthrough.
The developer of Millennia is the studio C Prompt Games, which several years ago was noted for its “digital board game” in the spirit Pandemic, Arkham Horror and Talisman. Their project Heretic Operative was not a big hit, but received very positive reviews.
