Time passes, but Baldur's Gate 3 still attracts the attention of players. Larian Studios was able to reach a large audience

At the end of summer 2023, Baldur’s Gate 3 left early access. The large-scale role-playing game by Larian Studios quickly won the hearts of a huge number of Steam users.

As it turned out, even six months after the release of Baldur’s Gate 3 version 1.0, interest in the project does not fade. If you look simply at online indicators on Steam, you can see about 100 -130 thousand players (while the absolute record in 2023 was more than 875 thousand).

However The publishing director of Larian Studios suggests looking at a different metric for the game. Michael Daus shared with the community on the social network:

“644,205 [players – average daily audience] in the last 7 days – that's still crazy to me at this distance from launch (Steam only).”

Baldur's Gate 3 is also available on the new generation consoles PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. It is still unknown how things are with the audience there.

Now Larian Studios is actively releasing patches: they solve not only the problems of the PC version of Baldur's Gate 3, they also do not forget about players on consoles .
