Sitrak C7H — leader in the Russian truck market this year (2,731 vehicles were registered in two months), however, the operation of these vehicles in Russia is by no means problem-free. The company «Intra Logistics», which has six machines in its fleet, spoke about the nuances.

All six Sitrak C7H 480 survived two Russian winters and drove more than 350 thousand km (each). Operation was gentle (10 tons in a semi-trailer, roads only in the European part of Russia), but even so, on all vehicles, by 350 thousand km, the tie rod ends had to be replaced, the cabins had to be insulated and the auxiliary heater had to be rebuilt.

The fuel pump was replaced on one truck, on another — radiator fan clutch. There are complaints about the operation of the cameras of the all-round viewing system, and the control unit for the «robot» not sealed. Weak point — electrical wiring: the harnesses are either tight or too long (bent several times). As a result, the wiring harnesses burst on all the machines.

There are no special complaints about the engine: the Sitrak C7H 480 is equipped with a licensed copy of the MAN D26 diesel engine — inline «six» produces 480 hp. With. Real consumption — from 32 l/100 km in winter to 28 l/100 km in summer.

In general, the Sitrak C7H is only similar in appearance to MAN tractors; in terms of quality, the Chinese truck still has room to improve.
