Probably, such cards will not be released until mid-2024

Intel's latest roadmap confirms the company's plans to release a new generation of Arc video cards.

The Battlemage line is planned for next year. The company has stated this before, but Intel often shifts the release dates for new products.

«Боевые маги» Intel будут конкурировать уже с GeForce RTX 50. Линейка видеокарт Battlemage всё ещё запланирована на следующий год

True, there are no specifics yet — Not even the quarter is indicated. But you can hardly count on the release of new products at the beginning of 2024, since there are not even any clear rumors about them yet about the parameters.

But Intel itself talked about a new type of memory (possibly GDDR7) and improved hardware support for ray tracing. Let's remember that Raja Koduri has already stated that in the new generation Intel will continue to focus on mid-budget cards with a TDP of about 250 W. That is, you shouldn’t expect any full-fledged flagships.
