AMD has already noted that to speed up Ryzen 8000G processors you need to use fast DDR5 memory. It turned out that thanks to fast RAM, not only iGPU performance will increase. 

Tests have shown that replacing DDR5-4800 memory with DDR5-7600 leads to an increase in the performance of the Ryzen AI unit in artificial intelligence tasks by a considerable 15%. 

More precisely, such an increase can be obtained in UL Procyon AI Benchmark, but, for example, in GIMP the increase is minimal and is only about 4–5%. 

In any case, for modern AMD APUs, RAM frequency has always been important, and now this aspect has simply become even more important.
