From plot to animation and music
The first animated series created entirely by artificial intelligence was launched in China.
26-episode series called Qianqiu Shisong did not just hit television — it was launched by state broadcaster China Media Group. The Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Laboratory was responsible for the technological component.
AI was used at all stages of the creation of the series, from the script to the actual animation and sound. At the same time, at a minimum, the plot was still created on the basis of already existing materials: Chinese legends, poems and myths. Each episode is about seven minutes long.
