Baldur's Gate 3 dominated the list of most played games on the Steam Deck for many months. However, in mid-January 2024, the formidable indie hit Palworld appeared with a peak online of more than 2 million players.
The creator of Baldur's Gate 3, Sven Vincke, drew attention to this and expressed confidence that Palworld is going to kick Larian Studios' butt next month (February). And so it happened: Valve summed up the gaming results for February 2024 and compiled a list of the most popular projects on the Steam Deck, where Palworld was in first place, dropping Baldur's Gate 3 to second, and Persona 3 Reload rounded out the top three.
