The owner noticed this after the purchase
The owner of a new Ford Mustang Dark Horse said that he received the car with taillights from two different regions: one intended for cars in North America, and the other — in Europe.
On the right are the regular red lights, while on the left the lower part has a darker tint. When Jim Manderano went to the Facebook owners forum, no one but him had encountered a similar problem. Other owners confirmed that he was in a unique situation.
Interestingly, the car had to go through several inspections before reaching the owner. This means that neither Ford's quality control nor the dealer's pre-delivery inspection detected this.
The dealership offers the owner to replace the lights, what decision the owner will make is still unknown.
