The pace of development of Counter-Strike 2 leaves much to be desired, but Valve is still sometimes able to please players
Recently, several mini-patches were released for Counter-Strike 2. Valve has resolved the issue with glitchy sound and animation, improved the game for users with unstable connections and more.
Sound
- The cause of most jerks that occurred due to voice chat has been resolved. Some users may still experience a jerk when using it for the first time.
- If Optimized Microphone Activation is enabled, there will be no jerk when using voice chat for the first time.
Animation
- The problem has been resolved due to where weapon animations were played incorrectly when inspected while reloading.
Not all Counter-Strike 2 fans have a stable Internet—the developers are understand and have prepared a small improvement that is designed to help such players:
- Improved connection quality in case of instability or packet loss: now the rate of command transmission is automatically adjusted so that they arrive on the server earlier.
Some Counter-Strike 2 connoisseurs prefer to play with low resolution – such people have also been taken care of, Now the interface will be a little more accessible:
- The clarity of allies' health indicators has been increased at low game resolutions.
Some other changes:
- Fixed lighting errors in the main menu on Warehouse and Nuke maps.
- Fixed a case where bots teleported long distances when approaching stairs.
- Fixes on the Nuke map (bombsite B ).
