There are paid and free versions

Operator «VimpelCom» (trademark «Beeline»)  introduced a new service «Virtual Assistant» — it combines the functions of a personal secretary and an anti-spam filter.

At the first stage, subscribers can connect a virtual assistant in the mobile application and get calls blocked from spammers, and in future updates of the service — and from scammers. A personal digital assistant will talk to spammers who call. «Virtual Assistant» will be able to warn about spam or identify scammers directly during an incoming call, displaying the relevant information on the smartphone screen. Now such warnings can be seen by subscribers in Orenburg, Astrakhan, Veliky Novgorod and Petrozavodsk. Gradually, this opportunity will become available to the operator’s subscribers throughout Russia.

The service is presented in two versions — free and paid (5 rubles per day) with a 7-day trial period. Both versions protect against spam and allow the digital assistant to answer incoming calls.

The basic version provides protection against spam calls with SMS notifications about such calls. There is also the ability to receive regular calls with a virtual assistant — audio recordings of such conversations will be available in the mobile application and in the official bot of the service on Telegram.

In the paid version, in addition to all the basic functions, a text transcript of calls is available, which is also automatically sent to the application and through the Telegram bot. In addition, users can choose the voice of the assistant — male or female.
