The large-scale role-playing game Baldur's Gate 3 has received another patch. As often happens, there were some unpleasant nuances
Recently, the creators of Baldur’s Gate 3 sent out the sixth major patch. Larian Studios' game is large-scale, so sometimes something else may unexpectedly “pop up” during the fixing process.
Members of the Baldur's Gate 3 community have opened a thread dedicated to collecting errors that they We were able to find it after installing the sixth patch. Over the course of a couple of days, several dozen entries about problematic issues on different platforms were accumulated (however, it is possible that the list could still accidentally include errors that appeared with one of the previous patches).
The sixth patch was supposed to improve the kissing animations in Baldur's Gate 3. It turned out that there were problems with them – they could cut off dialogues. On the console, the “hide group” function is broken, and on the PC, selecting items using Shift or CTRL does not work; merchants’ inventory takes much longer to load.
Technical features of the game lie in wait in all acts, for example, in the first one, a specific cutscene may not work for Medvesych; in act No. 2 there are also unpleasant surprises – the altar may malfunction and will not count the installed stones; In Act No. 3, it is not possible to finish the battle with Cazador.
The developers of Baldur’s Gate 3 are monitoring the reaction of the community. It is expected that such a list will reach them and with the next patch/hotfix many problems will be solved.
