This bike is based on the 3rd generation Porsche eBike Cross
The Russian brand Caviar presented a customized 3rd generation Porsche eBike Cross under the Herzog brand, which received details made of 18-karat gold and gold carbon fiber.
«Duke» — This is a nod to the connection between Porsche and the family of the Dukes of Württemberg; the Porsche logo contains the antlers from the duke's coat of arms. As usual with Caviar, the company does not change anything in technology, but only reworks the design. In the limited version, the bike received a titanium frame with PVD coating, partially consisting of 18-karat gold.
Although gold — A relatively soft metal, Caviar says the finish is considered durable. The seat is upholstered in brown leather, and the words Customized by Caviar have been added under the large Porsche lettering. Like the regular version of the bike, the custom Herzog Royal Porsche uses a 504 Wh battery and a Shimano EP801 motor with 85 Nm of torque. The version of the Caviar e-bike with titanium and gold instead of aluminum and carbon is expected to be heavier, but the company did not provide details.
The Caviar Herzog Royal Porsche electric bike will go on sale in early 2025. The circulation will be 9 units, which will cost $44,000. For comparison, the technically identical Porsche eBike Cross 3rd Gen costs $11,030.
