The Minisforum company, under its AtomMan brand, focused on devices with high-level characteristics, introduced the AtomMan G7 Pt gaming mini-PC.

According to the manufacturer, this is the world's first high-performance mini-PC to receive AMD Advantage Premium certification. This is a certification that AMD gives to high-performance devices based on AMD components, which means that the product firstly offers high performance and secondly, high quality. True, in the case of the new Minisforum, its characteristics are not what one would think about when it comes to high-performance solutions.

More precisely, the processor here is just like that. This is a 16-core mobile Ryzen 9 7945HX. But the video card is just a Radeon RX 7600M XT, that is, this is an entry-level solution by today's standards. That is, although this is a gaming mini-PC in positioning, its advantages will be revealed first in resource-intensive applications, and not in games.

The PC also offers two DDR5 memory slots and two SSD slots. Moreover, one of them — PCIe 5.0. This is the first mini PC on the market with such a slot. You can also highlight Wi-Fi 7, HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 2.0, a powerful cooling system with four fans, a separate CO unit for RAM and SSD, and a very wide range of ports, including RJ45 2.5GbE, USB 3.2 Gen 2 (x4), USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 (x2), HDMI, DisplayPort, but for some reason there is no USB4, although it is available in the company’s less powerful mini-PCs.

There is no price information yet, but such a device cannot be cheap.
