Wildberries plans to establish five more companies for different areas of activity
The team of the largest Russian online trading platform Wildberries has registered a subsidiary microfinance organization called «VB finance». The press service reported this to journalists, and the data has already appeared in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (Unified State Register of Legal Entities) database.
According to open documentation, the new company Wildberries will deal with consumer loans, industrial loans, loans secured by real estate, loans for the purchase of houses.
Wildberries plan to establish five more companies for different areas of activity – «VB Fashion», «VB Sports», «VB Sharm», & ;laquo;VB Trend», «VB Food». The press service said:
We are creating a legal basis for the development of key areas of Wildberries business. Fintech will be one of the strategic priorities of the digital platform in the coming years, so the creation of "VB Finance" is a logical confirmation of our plans.
The press service also noted that one of the priority plans – offer lending services to sellers.
