CPU performance increase – 20-25%
Digital Chat Station insider told what to expect from the performance of the future flagship single-chip system MediaTek Dimensity 9400.
According to the informant, smartphones based on the future SoC will score 2700 points in the single-threaded Geekbench 6 test – this is an increase of 19.3% relative to the current Dimensity 9300. In a multi-threaded test, the increase will be even more significant – 9800 points or plus 24.7%.
The ImmortalisG9XX GPU will be responsible for graphics processing in the MediaTek Dimensity 9400, and here the increase will not be so significant, although still noticeable: in the GFXBench Aztec Ruins test at a resolution of 1440p, the graphics processor will be able to demonstrate 110 fps – 11.1% more than the GPU from Dimensity 9300.
But most of all, MediaTek Dimensity 9400 will add energy efficiency – immediately 32%. This SoC will be manufactured by TSMC on a 3nm process.
