The Yandex Cloud platform has launched testing of the generative response technology that underlies «Neuro» from Yandex. This opportunity will be useful for business — wherever you need to automate communication with clients: in chat bots, searching through documentation or a database. Using the new technology, the neural network will create understandable answers to user questions using open data from the company’s website or web application.
The technology will generate a response to the user’s request based on all the information from the site. First, the neural network will study and select the site pages necessary to create a response, and then the YandexGPT 3 family model will analyze them and collect a single response. In addition, companies will be able to add links to the pages on which the answer was based in the generated responses.
According to the developers, the technology understands the natural language of communication, and users do not need to select wording when making a request. The new feature is currently available for free in closed testing mode; to participate, companies must submit an application.
