One of the few good Ubisoft games in recent memory that can compete with Call of Duty
- It's hard to admit, but XDefiant is actually a pretty good game. Of course, there were some downsides, but first things first
- When working on XDefiant, Ubisoft set itself the goal of, if not destroying Call of Duty, then at least luring to itself most of the audience of the Activision shooter, which has been criticizing the series for several years for stagnation
- The game features several factions with different classes that came from successful Ubisoft franchises
- The weapon upgrade system was implemented extremely poorly in XDefiant. Having stolen many elements from Call of Duty, it’s as if Ubisoft deliberately forgot the most important thing
