Intel Arrow Lake processors are expected in the second half of this year. Tentatively, they will be released in the fall, while some models may be released significantly later, until the beginning of 2025. Now it turns out that the next generation after Arrow Lake will not have to wait long — Intel promises it as early as mid-2025.
We're talking about the Panther Lake line. It will stand out because these will be the company's first CPUs produced using Intel's 18A process technology. Panther Lake desktops will retain the LGA 1851 socket that debuts with Arrow Lake-S. However, it is not yet known which Panther Lake processors will be released first: desktop or mobile.
Intel promises to double the performance of the NPU unit relative to Arrow Lake, but there is no clear data on classic performance or parameters yet.
