Changes take effect June 5, 2024
Tinkoff Bank team announced a significant change in debit card rates. The changes will affect clients with connected Tinkoff Pro, Premium or Private services.
As reported by the bank, from June 5, 2024, interest will no longer accrue on the balance on the debit card. Interest on the balance calculated before the changes take effect will be paid on the next statement date.
At the same time «Tinkoff» reminded that «a savings account remains a convenient way to save funds and have constant access to them».
In January 2023, a similar change affected Tinkoff Black users without connected subscriptions, and now also affected customers with activated subscriptions. In April 2024 «Tinkoff» introduced the new Tinkoff Pro, updating the subscription for the first time since launch.
