The number of banks is growing

Russians now have access to transfers through the fast payment system (FPS) to five countries, including Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Belarus, as reported by Alla Bakina, director of the national payment system department of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.

Alla Bakina added that the international direction is actively developing in SBP. Cross-border interaction always requires the desire of the other party. Transfers from abroad to the Russian Federation also work, but for now from one country.

Such transfers work, for example, from VTB and Alfa Bank. The Alfa Bank application lists four countries where you can transfer money via SBP, namely: Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.

The VTB press service said that the bank’s clients can send money to four countries, but did not specify which countries. Money arrives instantly. The commission is 0.5% of the amount, and the limit is up to 1 million rubles per day.
