The head of AvtoVAZ, Maxim Sokolov, announced plans to launch a new brand a few days ago. This morning it was reported that the stylized letter X resembles the logo of the South Korean manufacturer Hyundai.
The registration application covers several categories: automobiles, various spare parts and components for them, repair and maintenance services, toys and radio-controlled models.
The X symbol was present in the name of the first model, which began to be assembled in St. Petersburg, — Lada X-Cross 5. Maxim Sokolov reported that just last year, 170 Lada X-Cross 5 were assembled at the former Nissan plant in St. Petersburg.
