Users want to wear stylish armor and come to the developers of the cooperative shooter with their advice
Helldivers 2 fans have long been asking developers to make the armor in the game more diverse in terms of its properties. There are currently three classes of armor in the game, each of which has several different sets, differing mainly in appearance.
Some players believe that since the armor is basically identical , then Arrowhead should add a transmog system to Helldivers 2, allowing you to change the appearance of equipment while maintaining its characteristics.
However, Arrowhead CEO Johan Pilestedt does not see any point in transmog :
“We won’t do transmog. This is nonsense – equipment looks different because it has different characteristics. Replacing one with the other is like eating an apple that tastes like bacon.”.
