The hybrid version has surpassed the popular diesel version in power
According to Carscoops, Hyundai has launched the Hyundai Staria 2024 minivan with a new power plant on the home market — hybrid. It has a 1.6-liter gasoline turbo engine with 180 hp. combined with an electric motor with a power of 73 hp, as well as a 6-speed automatic transmission. The total is 245 hp. and 367 N·m of torque. And in terms of the last parameter, the hybrid is superior to the version with a 3.5-liter V6 engine. And naturally the hybrid is economical: average consumption — only 7.7 l/100 km, which is quite a bit for a car with a length of 5255 mm and a weight of 2220 kg.
Externally, the hybrid is no different from the versions with internal combustion engines. This engine is installed on both cargo-passenger versions of Staria (LCV, for 3 or 5 people) and passenger versions (Tourer, for 9 or 11 seats). The car is equipped with a digital instrument panel, a media system with a 10.25-inch screen, climate control, ventilated and heated seats, parking sensors.
Cost of the hybrid Hyundai Staria 2024 — 25 711 dollars (LCV version) or 27 364 dollars (Tourer). Over time, a car with a new power plant will appear in foreign markets outside of South Korea.
