In addition, MTS already has a “Defender” service, which helps block fraudulent calls. Such numbers are determined and entered into the database. If a person is subscribed to the «Defender» service, the call can be redirected to artificial intelligence, and he himself will talk to the scammer, Nikolaev noted.
