Honor's flagship performed very well in DxOMark tests
Today Honor officially introduced its flagship smartphone Honor Magic6 Pro in Europe, and today DxOMark specialists published the test results of the device. Alas, the most important thing — main camera test result — not yet, but all other tests passed perfectly.
Honor Magic6 Pro topped the rating of smartphones with the best screens: it beat out the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra by two points! Honor Magic6 Pro scores 157 points versus 149 points for the iPhone 15 Pro Max. Testers praise the Magic6 Pro's display for its good auto-brightness settings, gesture control, and good HDR video quality in low-light conditions.
Honor Magic6 Pro is the best in battery life tests, which is not surprising given its 5600 mAh battery. It’s interesting that in the global autonomy rating, Honor has all three first positions: in second place — Honor Magic5 Lite 5G, on the third — Honor X7b. Testers praise the flagship for its low discharge currents in most indoor tests and for its fairly fast charging, both wired and wireless.
In the global sound rating, Honor Magic6 Pro has 156 points — the same as the gaming Asus ROG Phone 6. And in first place is the Black Shark 5 Pro with 161 points.
Finally, for shooting with the front camera, the Honor flagship received 151 points and outperformed all Apple flagships (iPhone 15 Pro Max, iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 14 Pro Max and iPhone 14 Pro).
