All iPhone 15 models can now be charged to 80%, 85%, 90% or 95%

Another innovation in iOS 18

All four iPhone 15 models have a setting that prevents devices from charging above 80%, which could potentially increase iPhone battery life. In iOS 18, Apple has improved this feature by adding new charge limit options of 85%, 90%, and 95%.

This function can be found in the «Settings» application. in the «Battery» section > «Charging». The Charge Limit feature remains exclusive to the iPhone 15 lineup in the first beta of iOS 18, but is not available on the iPhone 14 Pro and older models.
