82 cars will be excluded from the collateral register
We wrote about this story a few days ago: the Chinese export company Biulu reported that the Russian «Neo Cars Moscow», having a debt to Biulu, sold mortgaged cars to ordinary buyers.& nbsp;Now the story has continued.
«Neo Cars Moscow» reported that 92 cars were actually included in the pledge registry of the Federal Notary Chamber, but they will soon be removed from there: 10 have already been excluded from the list, the remaining 82 will «excluded in the near future due to the lack of legal grounds for the emergence of a pledge».
In «Neo Cars Moscow» explained that at the moment there are no legal proceedings related to the untimely fulfillment of financial obligations to buyers from Russia, and the pledge in relation to prepaid cars appeared only due to the fact that a problem with crediting funds arose on the side of Chinese correspondent banks. In «Neo Cars» emphasized that they have not received any official complaints from Biulu.
